But, if you are looking for the official weather forecast, in French, for France ... or for any other place on earth, for that matter (!), here is where you will find it.

The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) makes all French forecasts available free for the general public in the French section of its World Weather Information Service (WWIS) - Service d'Information Météorologique Mondiale.

The French service is made possible by Météo-France which also hosts, on behalf of the WMO, the Web pages of the French versions of official forecasts issued by every meteorological organization of the world.

Incidentally, the English version of all forecasts are also available at WMO's WWIS.
